Job Summary

• We are looking for experienced Generator Engineers to maintain and service a variety of diesel generators ranging from 15 KVA to 1 MW.


• The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with brands such as Kirloskar, Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, and FG Wilson.


• This field-based role involves servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular servicing of diesel generators at customer locations.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in generator sets.


• Repair or replace electrical and mechanical engine components.


• Perform routine engine servicing and site testing.


• Participate in the on-call service rotation.


• Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure satisfaction.


• Maintain cleanliness and safety at both customer sites and in company vehicles.


• Adhere to all company health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or formal training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Diesel or Plant Fitting.


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on diesel generators.


• Strong working knowledge of generator brands such as Kirloskar, Perkins, FG Wilson, Cummins, or Caterpillar.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


• Good communication and customer service skills.
