Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Learning and Development Officer to support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful training programs.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving employee performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and promoting a culture of continuous learning within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design, plan, and implement learning and development initiatives, including induction, soft skills, technical, compliance, and leadership training.
- Liaise with subject matter experts and external facilitators to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in line with company standards.
- Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulatory and quality assurance standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in law, engineering or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
