Job Summary

• The Head of Business is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all the day-to-day operational activities of the Bank under the direction of the Managing Director. The officer could act in the capacity of the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• He/She is responsible for the growth of the portfolio by implementing marketing and business plans.


• He/She is responsible for the deposit. loans and fees for the business banking unit’s ability to manage and coordinate deposit mobilization as well as loan creation.


• He/She is responsible for the proper market segmentation with a focus to lead the entire team to achieving business conversion and growth.


• The head of business is responsible for provision of input to strategic decisions that affects the functional areas of responsibility.


• Capable of managing escalated issues arising from operational issues and requiring coordination from other departments.


• He is basically the back-bone of the Bank.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 10 - 15 years experience.
