Role Overview




  • We’re seeking a passionate and highly organized HR & People Operations Specialist to lead and manage all HR-related functions across recruitment, employee engagement, performance tracking, and staff operations.

  • The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, people-centric, and capable of maintaining and growing a positive and productive work culture.



Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:




  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments

  • Draft and post job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews

  • Oversee onboarding and documentation for new hires.



Employee Relations:




  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff HR-related inquiries

  • Promote a healthy, respectful, and engaging workplace environment

  • Resolve conflicts and manage disciplinary processes professionally.



HR Operations & Compliance:




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Track employee attendance, leave, and performance milestones

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.



Performance & Culture:




  • Support quarterly performance reviews

  • Organize training, team bonding, and productivity sessions

  • Champion internal communication and recognition programs.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or related fields

  • 2+ years of HR or Admin experience (experience in a real estate or fast-paced environment is a plus)

  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills

  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace tools

  • Familiarity with HR software or tools is a bonus

  • Discreet, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
