This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist in our Abuja office.
The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients, managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
The Account Management Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
Experience in the travel industry would be appreciated
Experience in the use of GDS is an added advantage
Vast knowledge of ticket booking and reservation on any GDS is a strong advantage
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Customer satisfaction and account management skills to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and grow customer accounts
Excellent communication and customer service skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and to resolve customer issues
Fluency in English and knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
