- Responsible for analyzing sales data to help increase the company’s revenue
- Collecting and analyzing data related to sales trends and customers behaviour
- Creating detailed reports to provide insights that inform sales strategies
- Collaborating with sales, marketing and finance teams to understand data needs and optimize promotional strategies
- Monitoring of daily and weekly national sales statistics report to the company
- Monthly/periodic sales achievement and year-to-date- sales analysis
- Resolve discrepancies with the customer prior to order entry; enter sales orders into the internal system and reconcile requests/orders with delivery.
- Ability to evaluate sales performance and markets trends
Skills, Competencies and Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Good computer knowledge with depth in Ms. Excel
- Knowledge of FMCG industry and good understanding of sales processes
- Basic knowledge of consumer goods and two years’ experience in selling.
