Job Description





  • Develop and manage the WAYA business development for Key Accounts, Private and Partnerships  




  • Responsible for acquisition of Key Customers 




  • Set up business development and go live plan in all cities. 




  • Manage the strategic sales manager and BD managers in all cites ensure the daily target is met. 




  • Launch campaign, road shows, logistics. routing, monitoring and review process. 






  • Identify All key and potential partners, key accounts in Nigeria. Develop partnership strategies with them, onboard them, manage them. 




  • Develop plan for onboarding high net worth / big merchants. 




  • Manage partnership with high network users / partners. 




  • Identity new market and business opportunities  




  • Develop the market and businesses  






  • Generate leads of existing and penetrated market and sign up users 




  • Generate leads of prospect users and convert them 




  • Develop clear technical requirements ,user manual and training for the key accounts 




  • Maintain records and files. 




  • Manage users and partners to ensure the monthly transaction target is met 




 


Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or computer science. 




  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role




  • Knowledge of commercial contracts, order forms, legal, and pricing. 




  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 






  • Demonstrated strong leadership and problem solving capabilities. 




  • Extensive experience with common billing systems. 




  • Comfortable performing workflow analysis assessments.
