About the role

You take ownership. You will complement our sales team and actively participate in the actual work.

• Experience helping or leading startups through growth-stage sales; we want you to help us scale

• Ability to train and develop team members to their highest potential


• Experience building and/or managing sales teams preferred but not required, including sales planning, territory design and planning, quota and compensation setting, recruiting, and headcount planning

• Experience in selling services and/or software

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a senior sales role interacting with senior leadership


• Experience in logistics, retail, supply chain or technology (software)


• Experience selling to SME and enterprise customers


• Experience building, managing, training and coaching a sales team


• Experience analyzing sales metrics


• Excellent presentation and communication skills


• Ability to experiment and iterate quickly


• Scientific sales approach


• Committed to achieving aggressive sales goals and outperforming the competition


• Experienced in the entire sales process


• Easy to work with, approachable and friendly, enjoy working in a collaborative environment
