We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on hiring for tech, product, and data science roles in emerging markets. Responsibilities:




  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process for tech, product, and data science positions in emerging markets, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies

  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Conduct market research on emerging market recruitment trends and best practices.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, networking events) to source and attract top talent.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screens to identify potential candidates.

  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.

  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech, product, and data science recruitment with experience in emerging markets.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging market recruitment trends.

  • Experience in building exceptional candidate experience and creating effective recruitment strategies.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering positive outcomes through effective team management.

  • Ability to work in a high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience developing and refining recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience using recruitment software and social media for recruitment purposes.
