  • We require the skills of an organized Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Review admission offer letters for student information consistency to ensure efficient application processing

  • Work with our partnership schools and recruiters to resolve application issues on behalf of our students

  • Clearly communicate and outline at school requirements and deadlines to the student once the offer inter has been received.

  • Communicate with our partner school to cultivate positive relationships and clarity application processing ambiguities.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 1-3 years customer service experience

  • Proficiency in proofreading/ editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness

  • Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy

  • Working knowledge of Google, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Gmail.


Salary

Basic plus Generous commission.
