As a Data Analyst at PalmPay, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights that support strategic decisions. You'll be instrumental in improving product performance, optimizing operations, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (transactions, customer behavior, product usage, etc.)
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders
Identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements
Collaborate with product, marketing, risk, and finance teams to measure KPIs and evaluate campaign or product performance
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support key initiatives and strategic decision-making
Provide data-driven recommendations and build models that predict customer behavior, fraud risks, or market performance
Automate reporting and data processes to improve team efficiency
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity at all stages of the analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
3 – 5 years of experience in a data analyst or BI analyst role (experience in fintech is a plus)
Proficiency in SQL is required; knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of business metrics and how to translate data into impact
