About the job




  • We are looking for a dynamic field Operations Officer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate field operations and the team of riders. 



Key Responsibilities:




  • Scouting for properties in high-end areas

  • Managing Property Scouts

  • Assigning and managing rider zones and ensuring quality control

  • Conducting property inspections and quality assurance checks

  • Providing technical expertise and recommendations. Verifying listing authenticity

  • Interact with stakeholders around specific work efforts and deliverable

  • Taking quality property pictures for the online platforms

  • Documenting incidents and escalating issues as required

  • Monitoring and reinforcing rider safety regulations

Qualifications




  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, or similar role.
