Duties:

• To Strengthen community participation in governance and decision-making.


• Facilitate dialogue sessions, town hall meetings, and community consultations.


• Engage with local authorities and traditional leaders to enhance accountability.


• Support the formation and capacity building of community structures.


• Advocate for community needs and rights in governance processes.


• Monitor and document community feedback on program activities.


• Support community mobilization and post-training follow-up.


• Conduct follow-up visits to assess practice adoption.


• Any other task assigned by your line manager
