Job Description:

Rovedana Limited is hiring a competent Bartender(Mixologist) for one of our partners in the hospitality business in Lagos, Nigeria. 

Our ideal candidate must be a professional Mixologist/Bartender who has worked in a similar role for a top hospitality company in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing cocktail for guests


• Mixing of Both alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages


• Serving the guest according to their requests or orders


• Taking stock of items in the bars


• Ensure beverages are not out of stock


• Keeping records of all sales and reconciliation of accounts.


• Must follow the sanitation rules and regulations


• Always ensure the bar area is clean and dry.


• Ensuring payments for beverages sold are collected and recorded

Job Requirements:

• Good customer service skills


• Must be able to mix drinks


• Must be familiar with different beverages including alcoholic wines


• Previous experience as a mixologist or as a bartender


• Not less than 20 years of age


• Good communication and accountability skills


• Must be neat, cheerful and respectful
