Join our team as an Administrator Officer and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our school!
You will be required to :
- Manage records (students, staff, inventory, spreadsheets etc)
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, school events, and daily operations
- Welcome parents, vendors, and visitors—always with grace and good vibes
- Help communicate key information through notices, emails, and timely reminders
- Support finance processes like fee tracking etc
- Keep the office running smoothly
Basic Requirements include:
- Must reside in Abuja (Within AMAC axis)
- Must be FEMALE PLEASE
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role (experience in a school setting is an advantage).
- Super organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and kindly—especially in writing and verbally
- Are digitally fluent (think: Google Workspace, Ms Office suite, Canva, PDFs)
- Can handle pressure without panicking or losing composure
- Have and bring a positive attitude to work daily
- Believe children’s success starts with adult teamwork.
- Be professional at all times.
