We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in estate management and valuation, with at least 2 years of post-NYSC experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support property management and valuation efforts.


• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.


• Leverage social media for marketing and advertising initiatives.


• Create engaging content for property listings and promotional campaigns.


• Drive to various locations for property viewings and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management and Valuation.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience post-NYSC.


• In-depth knowledge of Abuja and the Abuja real estate market.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.


• Strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and reliability.


• Proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms.
