Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the Bank’s digital marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the bank’s goals
Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage
Tracking the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools
Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC for online marketing purposes
Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
Managing the redesign of the bank website and maintaining it, keeping it updated with engaging and relevant content
Creating, scheduling, and analyzing all the digital campaigns and reporting on the results
Overseeing the bank’s email marketing campaigns and sending out targeted emails to customers
Managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Requirements
First degree in a numerate or business-related discipline
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the digital marketing space with preferred experience within the Financial Services Industry
Knowledge:
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
