Job Purpose




  • Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the Bank’s digital marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts.



Key Responsibilities




  • Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the bank’s goals

  • Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage

  • Tracking the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools

  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC for online marketing purposes

  • Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests

  • Managing the redesign of the bank website and maintaining it, keeping it updated with engaging and relevant content

  • Creating, scheduling, and analyzing all the digital campaigns and reporting on the results

  • Overseeing the bank’s email marketing campaigns and sending out targeted emails to customers

  • Managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant



Requirements




  • First degree in a numerate or business-related discipline

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in the digital marketing space with preferred experience within the Financial Services Industry



Knowledge:




  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
