The Plant HR will oversee all human resources functions within the plant, including employee relations,performance management, attendanceand compliance with labor laws.
This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and productive work environment while supporting the plant's operational goals.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and implement corrective actions.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, onsite mining experience is a plus.
In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
