Job Summary

• The Plant HR will oversee all human resources functions within the plant, including employee relations,performance management, attendanceand compliance with labor laws.


• This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and productive work environment while supporting the plant's operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.


• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.


• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and implement corrective actions.


• Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective evaluations.


• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, onsite mining experience is a plus.


• In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
