Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.


• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, social media, SEO, and email marketing.


• Create and curate engaging content tailored for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Twitter.


• Optimize website and content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Sales, Training, and Education to align marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.


• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing preferably in FX, fintech, or financial services.


• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.


• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.


• Hands-on experience with lead generation strategies and marketing automation.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
