- Wildreams is looking for a highly organized, client-focused Client Service Manager to join our growing team. This is not a finance or customer service role, we want someone with experience managing brand relationships and marketing projects within a creative or advertising agency.
Job Summary
- You’ll be the link between our clients and our internal teams. Your goal is to ensure smooth communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction every step of the way.
Key roles and responsibilities
Act as the Main Point of Contact for Clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure regular, clear, and timely communication with all clients
Translate Client Needs into Executable Plans
- Understand client briefs and business goals
- Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and action plans
Coordinate and Manage Internal Teams
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, and content teams
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines
Lead Campaign Planning and Execution
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and campaigns
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality work across multiple accounts
Prepare and Present Reports & Updates
- Deliver campaign performance updates and presentations to clients
- Gather feedback and lead revisions where necessary
Ensure Client Satisfaction and Account Growth
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Problem-Solving and Crisis Management
- Quickly address any issues or challenges during execution
- Maintain professionalism under pressure to protect client relationships
Manage Budget and Resource Allocation
- Work with finance and project leads to track project costs
- Ensure efficient use of internal resources
Critical Competencies

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Client Service Manager in an Advertising Agency.
