JOB DESCRIPTION:




  • Assisting with job postings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire on boarding and orientation. 

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including data entry, filing, and database management. 

  • Assisting with payroll processing, tracking employee attendance, and answering benefits-related inquiries. 

  • Providing support to employees, answering HR-related questions, and assisting with conflict resolution. 

  • Ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, and generating reports as needed. 

  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. 



Required Skills:




  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. 

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to interact with employees, candidates, and HR staff. 

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial for maintaining employee records and processing payroll.

  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee information requires discretion and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
