Job Responsibilities
- Implements OD intervention initiatives recommended, change management / strategies and techniques to build organizational alignment.
- Analyse all the OD initiatives identified, plan out implementation plan in coordination with the concerned stake holders.
- Periodic progress reports on the implementation of the initiative undertaken.
- Undertake organization performance reviews, organizational audits based on business context and organizational parameters, organizational cultural analysis and the development of performance measures.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences or other related courses.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Must be a CIPM certified or at least a student member.
