We are hiring a Production Assistant with Quality Control responsibilities to support the day-to-day garment production process at BIYI. The ideal candidate will assist in prepping fabric, organizing tailor workflow, checking finished garments, and maintaining high product standards. This role requires attention to detail, structure, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with fabric preparation, trimming, and ironing before sewing


• Coordinate the flow of garments between tailors, QC, and packaging


• Inspect garments for accuracy, fit, finishing, and embroidery alignment


• Report and record garment defects or inconsistencies in size or design


• Support packaging of ready-to-wear and made-to-measure orders


• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area


• Work under the supervision of the Operations Manager and support tailors as needed

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality


• Ability to spot garment or embroidery defects (training will be provided)


• Basic understanding of native menswear (Kaftans, Agbadas) is a plus


• Good organizational and multitasking skills


• Physically active and ready to move between departments


• Minimum qualification: SSCE/OND. Experience in production or tailoring support is a plus.
