Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, courteous, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at BIYI, a premium menswear brand in Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for customers in-store and online, ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in clients and provide product information
- Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with order placement, size guidance, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve customer issues
- Record and report customer feedback and daily inquiries
- Support showroom sales and maintain front-desk presentation
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Google Forms
- Prior customer service or front-desk experience preferred (fashion/retail is a plus)
- Friendly, patient, and confident when dealing with customers
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/BSc
