Job Description






We’re looking for a smart, courteous, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at BIYI, a premium menswear brand in Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for customers in-store and online, ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Attend to walk-in clients and provide product information

  • Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Assist customers with order placement, size guidance, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve customer issues

  • Record and report customer feedback and daily inquiries

  • Support showroom sales and maintain front-desk presentation



Requirements:




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written)

  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Google Forms

  • Prior customer service or front-desk experience preferred (fashion/retail is a plus)

  • Friendly, patient, and confident when dealing with customers

  • Minimum qualification: OND/HND/BSc
