Pay is negotiable, and in installments at predefined milestones.

DELIVERABLE

Comprehensive Design with model and detailed drawing for a centrifugal compressor that meets the following requirements:

• Flow rate 5.5 kg/s


• Pressure ratio 5.5: 1


• Working fluid is air


• Compressor discharge must be in axial direction (in axial direction, not tangential but axial)


• Provide guidance or answer inquiries from manufacturer designated to produce/make the compressor.


• Have access to own 3D CAD software (any capable 3D software maybe utilized).

BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical Engineer with:

•  Experience in product design and development related to mechanical discipline especially centrifugal compressors.


• Experience with design of centrifugal compressors.


• Experience with structural and thermal analysis using FEA.


• Experience with material selection, design procedures, and design for manufacturing and assembly methods.


• Experience with material selection, design procedures, and design. Proficient in 3D CAD.
