Responsibilities
Prepare and cook grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items to perfection.
Maintain grill stations, equipment, and utensils.
Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas.
Requirements
Culinary training or experience in grilling.
3+ years of experience as a Grill Chef or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
