- Responsible for generating and closing sales leads as well as we meet sales goals.
- Responsible for managing incoming customer calls.
- Assist customers with complaints and questions, provide customers with information about products and services as well as take orders, and process returns.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
- Maintain a Strong understanding of the Company’s products and services
Eduaction, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Minimum of 1-year work experience in customer service and sales.
- Communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong Persuasion skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
