We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to help manage walk-in and phone orders, upsell our products and provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and take orders in person or via phone


• Keep track of customer orders and inventory movements


• Manage petty cash and receipts


• Coordinate deliveries and pick-up arrangements with the Logistics Team

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing or related field


• Friendly and confident communication


• Strong multitasking and record keeping skills


• Previous experience in food retail or customer service is an advantage.
