Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and finished product inspections
- Monitor critical control points and hygiene compliance
- Keep documentation of daily QC activities
- Report and follow up on quality deviations
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related fields
- Familiar with food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP)
- Strong observational and reporting skills
- NYSC or recent graduate preferred.
