Job Description




  • The Business Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales process, including strategy development, revenue growth, team leadership, and collections management.

  • The ideal candidate must be result-driven, commercially astute, and capable of inspiring a high-performance culture while delivering on core KPIs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market initiatives and promotional plans.

  • Lead and manage sales teams across assigned locations.

  • Set targets, track performance, and conduct regular coaching and training sessions.

  • Build a strong, motivated, and accountable sales culture.

  • Drive timely collections and manage customer repayment schedules.

  • Develop proactive strategies to reduce DSO and enhance cash flow.

  • Provide regular collections updates and risk analysis to management.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Address client issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Conduct field visits to ensure customer retention and engagement.

  • Generate and present reports on sales, collections, and operational KPIs.

  • Leverage data analytics to drive strategy adjustments and process improvements.

  • Align cross-functional teams toward achieving business unit goals

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Identify risk areas in the sales and collections processes and implement controls.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years proven experience in sales leadership or commercial operations, preferably in the refrigeration, electronics, or B2B sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and improving collections metrics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple locations effectively.
