Summary of Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites.


• Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.


• Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.


• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.


• Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.


• Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.


• Order and manage materials required for finishing work.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
