Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and skilled Factory Staff – Shop Floor Worker with at least 3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team.


• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on the production floor, contributing to efficient factory operations, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.


• This role is critical in ensuring smooth production processes and meeting daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the shop floor according to standard operating procedures.


• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.


• Monitor production lines and report any malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.


• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised work environment.


• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
