  • Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to lead its Financial Education Centre.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the training arm of the business through innovative content creation, training program delivery, and market engagement.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute a training calendar tailored to client and market needs

  • Design and manage customized training programs and risk consulting solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Create compelling training content and oversee marketing campaigns

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

  • Manage CRC’s financial education web presence and coordinate training logistics.



Job Requirements




  • Minimum of a University Degree from a reputable institution

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.

  • Strong knowledge of customer engagement, training development, and market creation

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

  • Proficiency in proposal development, negotiation, and customer relationship management

  • MBA or a postgraduate degree in management is an added advantage
