Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, NAFDAC, and local health regulations.


• Ability to design and implement food safety systems in both central production and outlet environments.


• Skilled in conducting risk assessments and establishing preventive control measures.


• Maintains precision in reviewing recipes, cooking procedures, storage conditions, and labeling.


• Identifies deviations from SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) quickly and efficiently.


• Thorough in documentation and reporting of quality metrics and incidents.


• Proven ability to lead a team of QA officers, kitchen staff, and outlet supervisors in maintaining quality standards.


• Trains and mentors team members on best QA practices and food safety compliance.


• Able to enforce standards with authority while maintaining team morale.


• Proactively implements corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).


• Strong reporting skills for presenting audit findings and improvement plans to management.


• Develops and continuously improves SOPs for food preparation, packaging, transportation, and outlet service.


• Coordinates with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align quality checkpoints.


• Ensures consistency of taste, appearance, portioning, and presentation across outlets.


• Willing and able to conduct routine and surprise quality audits across all outlets.


• Ensures that outlet practices are aligned with central kitchen standards.


• Coordinates outlet staff training sessions on hygiene, handling, and customer service quality.


• Upholds high standards of integrity and food safety ethics.


• Ensures the organization complies with local health regulations and certifications.


• Handles confidential reports and investigations with professionalism.

Requirements

• Caandidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
