Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day HR activities in the factory
- Manage the sourcing process of factory workers and onboarding
- Create and manage salary files using Microsoft excel
- Foster a positive workplace culture and lead workers engagement initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
- Performance management of all the Factory Employees
- Handle HR documentation and reporting
- Perform other HR duties as required
Requirements:
- 3 years of factory HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidate must reside within Berger, Mowe-Ibafo and its environs
Salary budget is N170,000 - 200,000 Net
