Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties of the Administrative
- Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence for internal and external clients.
- Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and updating databases.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
Requirements:
- Bsc/HND in Business Adminstration or any other related field
- Good use of Microsoft packages
- Previous experience is an added advantage
- Good communication skill
