We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.



Duties of the Administrative 




  • Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence for internal and external clients. 

  • Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and updating databases. 

  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. 

  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.



Requirements: 




  • Bsc/HND in Business Adminstration or any other related field

  • Good use of Microsoft packages

  • Previous experience is an added advantage

  • Good communication skill
