 The Project Planning & Controls Analyst plays a key role in supporting project teams with planning, RAID tracking, cost and resource monitoring, and performance reporting. This role ensures transparency, structure, and control throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.



Job Details




  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans.

  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

  • Track project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.

  • Monitor project progress and support variance analysis and corrective actions.

  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for stakeholders.

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with governance standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support coordinated project execution.



Requirements



Mandatory Requirements




  • Project Management Certification – PMP or equivalent (mandatory).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning or project controls.

  • Industry experience in construction, energy, oil & gas, FMCG, commodities, or agriculture.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, and SmartSheets.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
