Job Description
As the Project Performance & Controls Manager, you will lead the integrated planning, risk, cost, and resource control functions across complex, high-impact projects. This role ensures structured delivery, performance tracking, and governance excellence across the project lifecycle.
Job Details
- Lead integrated project planning and scheduling across multiple workstreams.
- Own and manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure efficiency and alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Steer and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across disciplines.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and mentor project controls staff.
- Collaborate with the Steering Committee by delivering structured performance reports, risk insights, and governance updates to support strategic oversight and decision-making.
Requirements
- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- 8–10+ years of experience in project controls and planning.
- Proven experience in sectors such as construction, energy, oil & gas, FMCG, commodities, or agriculture.
- Proficiency in Smart Sheets, MS Project, and cost/resource management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
