Qualifications & Experience:




  • 5—10 years Of experience in corporate legal advisory and company secretarial functions.

  • LL.B and B.L (Compulsory); LLM or related postgraduate law degree is an advantage.

  • Membership in ICSAN, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), or relevant professional bodies.



Desirable:




  • LL.M Or certifications in corporate governance, arbitration, or compliance.

  • Exposure to handling litigation or overseeing legal representation in corporate matters.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and regulatory institutions.

  • Familiarity with company secretarial software and document management tools.

  • Strong knowledge Of CAC regulations, Nigerian corporate law.

  • Proven expertise in drafting contracts, board resolutions, NDAs, and MOUs.

  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance, legal risk, and regulatory advisory.
