Qualifications & Experience:

• 5—10 years hands-on experience in architectural design, planning, and construction supervision.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.


• Registered member of ARCON, NIA, or other professional architectural bodies.


• Familiarity with construction documentation, BOQs, material scheduling, and approval processes.

Desirable:

• Portfolio showcasing a mix Of conceptual and technical design works.


• Understanding of SmartCity models, tech- integrated structures, or urban planning.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD,


• Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.


• Ability to interpret briefs, develop concept drawings, and produce detailed working drawings.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with engineers, contractors, and clients.


• Competence in site evaluation, spatial analysis, and sustainability-focused design.
