Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7—10+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and lead conversion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NIESV, Real Estate Institute, Digital Marketing certifications) are a plus.
- In-depth experience selling residential, commercial, or luxury properties.
Desirable:
- A strong personal network of agents, brokers, and clients in Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo.
- Ability to train, mentor, and scale a marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record Of closing high- value property deals and driving sales targets.
- Strong leadership in managing agent networks and sales teams across multiple regions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Deep understanding Of real estate trends, pricing strategy, and market segmentation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital marketing platforms.
