This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Manager located in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of insurance agents, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies.
Daily tasks include providing training, performance evaluations, and support to agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and staying updated on industry trends.
The role entails working closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, assisting agents in closing deals, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales, sales strategy development, and team management
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for insurance management
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
