Key Responsibilities:

• IT technical support (help desk, desktop, email and webservices, etc.)


• Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and hardware.


• Updates: software updates, antivirus protection, and data backups.


• Installation and maintenance of CCTV system.


• Development, customize and support responsive WordPress websites and optimization.


• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to deliver seamless user experiences.


• Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets 

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in operating systems and basic networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi configurations).


• Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.


• Familiarity with support ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).


• Competence in hardware troubleshooting and proven experience as a WordPress Developer, Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.


• Strong understanding of PHP and WordPress architecture and coding standards.


• Knowledge of website optimization and SEO best practices.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
