Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and segment prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
- Research organizations within hospitality, banking, travel, logistics, FMCG, etc.
- Maintain an updated lead database using Google Workspace tools provided.
Physical and Virtual Outreach
- Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual).
- Pitch TRAVCONEXPO 2025 value proposition using approved materials.
- Represent the brand professionally during outreach and site visits.
Proposal & Sales Management
- Share and explain sponsorship and exhibitor packages.
- Customize proposals as needed for sector-specific clients.
- Follow up consistently on all leads until closure or disqualification.
- Achieve agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily activity logs via Google Workspace.
- Provide weekly performance reports including pipeline progress.
- Track client interactions, lead status, and conversion outcomes.
Relationship Management
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure signed partners are supported post-sale for onboarding.
