Lead Generation & Prospecting




  • Identify and segment prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.

  • Research organizations within hospitality, banking, travel, logistics, FMCG, etc.

  • Maintain an updated lead database using Google Workspace tools provided.



Physical and Virtual Outreach




  • Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual).

  • Pitch TRAVCONEXPO 2025 value proposition using approved materials.

  • Represent the brand professionally during outreach and site visits.



Proposal & Sales Management




  • Share and explain sponsorship and exhibitor packages.

  • Customize proposals as needed for sector-specific clients.

  • Follow up consistently on all leads until closure or disqualification.

  • Achieve agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.



Reporting & Documentation




  • Submit daily activity logs via Google Workspace.

  • Provide weekly performance reports including pipeline progress.

  • Track client interactions, lead status, and conversion outcomes.



Relationship Management




  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

  • Address client inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally.

  • Ensure signed partners are supported post-sale for onboarding.
