Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in full-scope facility management
- Strong background in power systems (generators, transformers, inverters)
- Expertise in sewage and water treatmentsystems, HVAC, fire safety, and access control
- Proven ability to manage security, janitorial services, and resident relations
- Able to oversee snagging, minor construction/renovations, and vendor coordination
- Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP, and preventive maintenance protocols
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Facility Management Software
- Physically agile and ready to respond swiftly to emergencies or site needs
- Excellent leadership, reporting, and documentation skills
