Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in full-scope facility management


• Strong background in power systems (generators, transformers, inverters)


• Expertise in sewage and water treatmentsystems, HVAC, fire safety, and access control


• Proven ability to manage security, janitorial services, and resident relations


• Able to oversee snagging, minor construction/renovations, and vendor coordination


• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP, and preventive maintenance protocols


• Tech-savvy, with experience using Facility Management Software


• Physically agile and ready to respond swiftly to emergencies or site needs


• Excellent leadership, reporting, and documentation skills
