Job Summary




  • We're seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.



Responsibilities




  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Manage daily café operations, including food preparation and service

Requirements

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, hospitality management) are an added advantage
