We're seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.

Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Manage daily café operations, including food preparation and service
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the café
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience: 6+ years of experience in café or hospitality management
Culinary Experience/Training: Culinary training or experience is highly desirable
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, hospitality management) are an added advantage
