Responsibilities




  • Prospect for new sales opportunities

  • Achieve growth and sales targets using available resources

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base

Requirements & Qualifications




  • BSc / MSc in Business Admin or related field (Sales/Marketing cert. is a plus)

  • Proven track record in sales roles with target success

  • Active participation in professional development

  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels

  • Skilled in driving sales from planning to closing

  • Business-minded with industry knowledge

  • Experience mentoring and managing sales teams

  • Project admin experience in IT sector

  • Technical understanding of software/web solutions

  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasker

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team player.
