Job Summary




  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and supply operations at our hospitality facility in Jabi, Abuja.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, storage, and distribution of items to support seamless operations across departments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Receive, inspect, and record all deliveries and incoming stock.

  • Organize and store items in designated storage areas for easy access and accurate tracking.

  • Issue materials and products to relevant departments as requested, maintaining accurate issuance records.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with records to prevent discrepancies.

  • Monitor stock levels and inform management of low-stock or expired items.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and non-food items according to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the storeroom at all times.

  • Prepare inventory reports and assist in audit processes.

  • Collaborate with procurement and kitchen staff to ensure stock aligns with demand and usage patterns.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding stock management and reporting.



Requirements




  • OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.

  • High level of integrity and accountability.

  • Ability to lift moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
