Key Responsibilities




  • Greet and welcome customers/clients

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and social media

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels (in-person, phone, email, social media)

  • Create and schedule engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)

  • Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.



Requirements




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service experience (preferably in a front desk or social media role)

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools

  • Ability to create engaging content and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Basic graphic design skills (optional but preferred)

  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels

  • Build strong relationships with customers/clients through social media and in-person interactions
