Job Summary




  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead and grow our digital sales initiatives.

  • You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing a digital sales team, and leveraging online platforms to drive revenue growth.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM systems, and customer behavior across digital channels.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Manage and optimize performance across digital channels (e.g., website, email, social media, e-commerce platforms).

  • Lead a team of digital sales specialists, setting KPIs and providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

  • Identify new business opportunities in the digital space and foster strong relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and conversion goals.

  • Monitor digital sales analytics and use data to drive decision-making.

  • Oversee CRM systems and ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in digital sales or digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing tools).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding digital sales targets.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).



Preferred Skills:




  • E-commerce experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

  • Experience working in B2B and/or B2C environments.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
